Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. RETURNS are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your REFUND. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of your product and packaging so we can make it right.
